This unit can accommodate citrus fruit up to count 56 (90 mm diameter) which effectively means that it is not necessary to buy in special fruit sizes. Ageing fruit store stock can be effectively used to recover value.

Operation is simple and cleaning procedure is done without tools being required. Life of the unit with proper care is indefinite with occasional changes of cutters and seals required, dependant on use.

Juice quality will meet stringent hygiene standards as there is no contact between it and the outer skin and the unit has a highly efficient extraction record, achieving yields of 50% – 60% by weight depending on the fruit quality and size as demonstrated below. Ie. A good count 56 orange will deliver double the juice of a count 112 orange.
